This app ("to-do made by researcher") helps you capture thoughts and organize them into tasks. This policy explains what we collect, how it's used, and your rights over your data.

1. Information we collect

• Account details: your email address, and (if you sign in with Google) your name and profile picture.
• Content you create: brain-dump text, tasks, task breakdowns, daily reflections, focus-session logs, practice words/verses, and projects.
• An optional avatar if you upload one.

2. How your data is used

We use your content solely to provide the app's features to you — storing your tasks, showing your analytics, and generating streaks. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

3. AI processing & third parties

When you use AI features (extracting tasks from a brain dump, cleaning up rambling text, or generating reflection insights), the text you submit is sent to third-party AI providers — Google (Gemini) and/or OpenAI — to process that request. Please avoid entering highly sensitive personal information into these fields. These providers process the text under their own privacy terms.

Authentication (Google sign-in) is handled via Google OAuth. Data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Railway.

4. Data retention & deletion

Your data is kept for as long as your account exists. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from your profile page → Delete Account. This action is immediate and irreversible.

5. Security

Connections are encrypted over HTTPS. We take reasonable measures to protect your data, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
